March 20 is Palm Sunday, the day when Christians all around the world remember and celebrate the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem! Palm Sunday, Good Friday, and Resurrection Sunday reminds us that Christianity is not a philosophy of ideas, a code of ethics, or a standard for morality.
Christianity is about a person and therefore primarily about a personal relationship. Jesus did not go to the cross without a purpose. He knew why the cross was necessary and he knew what the cross would accomplish, simultaneously satisfying the justice of a holy Father and offering the grace of a redeeming Father. Palm Sunday is when we celebrate the triumphal king who endured the suffering of the cross as our passover lamb to save a world in bondage to sin. Jesus, friend of sinners, Hallelujah, what a Savior!
Join us March 20 as we worship the glory of the Father, the radiant love of the Son, and the transforming grace of the Spirit. It will be a day for great rejoicing!
