Our Values

Gospel formation. Gospel community. Gospel mission.

Gospel Formation

We believe that there is an inseparable relationship between spiritual maturity and emotional health. The true measure of spiritual maturity is not only love for God but also love for others. The only way this happens is through one’s formation into the likeness of Jesus, growing deeply in love for God, others, and self.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
— John 3:16

Gospel Community

We do not want to simply be a crowd that only gathers on Sunday mornings. We want to build deep, authentic community–cultivating places where we can really know others and be known. We seek to create a culture where you feel safe, feel connected, and know that you belong and are loved.

To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
— John 18:31-32

Gospel Mission

In the same way that Jesus came to serve, love, heal, and forgive, we seek to be a people who follow the cruciform path of Jesus by serving sacrificially, loving wholeheartedly, healing unconditionally, and forgiving freely as God has done for us. We cannot give what we do not possess and we cannot lead where we have never been.

Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me.
— John 12:26
